Are there any lock-in contracts?
No. All Qrave plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or exit fees. We earn your business every month.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live within 24-48 hours. You sign up, upload your menu, and we handle the rest. No developers or technical skills required.
Where do the delivery drivers come from?
We use the exact same driver networks as the major platforms — DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct. Same professional drivers, same delivery experience. The only difference is you're not paying 30% commission for the privilege.
What happens if a delivery goes wrong?
Driver issues are handled directly through the delivery provider (DoorDash or Uber). You get real-time tracking for every order, and customers can confirm delivery through their tracking page.
Do my customers notice any difference?
No. Customers get a branded ordering page with your logo and colours, real-time order tracking, SMS updates, and email receipts. The experience is identical — or better — than ordering through a delivery app.
How do payments work?
Payments go directly to your Stripe account. We connect your bank via Stripe Express during onboarding. You receive payouts on Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2 business days). Our platform fee is deducted automatically.
Can I still use UberEats and DoorDash?
Absolutely. Qrave runs alongside your existing platforms. Many restaurants use us to gradually shift their regular customers to direct ordering — keeping the platforms for discovery and new customers only.
What if my delivery distance is over 15km?
Orders beyond 15km are redirected to your existing DoorDash or UberEats storefront. This keeps delivery costs reasonable for both you and your customers.
